Sizing

Sizing for full steel boned corsets.

Our corsets are constructed to create an hourglass shape. Choose a waist size 4 inches smaller than your actual waist measurement. e.g. If your waist measures 32 inches you should purchase a size 28. You will be able to cinch your waist down to this size. As we have standardized sizing the bust size for your corset assumes your bust is 6-10 inches bigger than your waist size.

The back lacing will allow you adjustments all the way from top to bottom but if your natural waist is considerably larger than your bust it may be difficult to fit your corset correctly as the bust will be too big.  Please phone or contact us to discuss the best options for you as there may be a style which will work better.

Sizing for lightweight corsets

The lightweight corset is front fastening with full back lacing and allows waist-cinching but the fabric and boning is much lighter than the steel variety. Sizing is more generalized but still assumes your waist is smaller than your bust. Use your actual waist size on the chart to order.

We are happy to exchange for a different size if your corset doesn’t fit but if you measure your waist correctly and remember that your corset is not made to measure but made to fit a general size with back lacing adjustments you should be able to choose correctly.
